How STG Clean processes your personal data when you contact us or book a cleaning service.

Data controller

What information we collect

We only collect the information you provide yourself when you get in touch or book a service:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Address and details about the home or premises, when needed to carry out the cleaning
  • The content of your message

Why we process the information

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, book and carry out the cleaning, invoice you and handle the RUT deduction with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, as well as our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries.

To handle the RUT deduction, we need to provide certain information to the Swedish Tax Agency. This is a legal requirement for the deduction to be made.

How long we keep the information

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once the matter is closed. Information linked to a completed assignment is kept for as long as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, that is, for seven years.

Who has access to the information

We never sell your information. Information may be shared with suppliers who help us with our website, email, booking system and bookkeeping, and with the Swedish Tax Agency in connection with the RUT deduction. These parties only process the information on our instructions.

The website uses third-party services to display reviews and social media feeds, and spam protection in the contact form. These services may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have incorrect information corrected, to have information deleted and to object to the processing.
