When should post-construction cleaning be booked?
Once the tradespeople have finished and the materials have been carried out. We come last, so no new dust has time to settle.
Do you remove construction waste?
We deal with protective plastic and building debris as part of the cleaning. Larger amounts of waste and skip handling are not included.
Can you handle fine construction dust?
Yes. Construction dust settles in skirting, frames, cupboards and vents, and those are exactly the surfaces we work through systematically.
Can we book both post-construction and move-out cleaning?
Yes. Many customers book post-construction cleaning followed directly by a final clean before moving in. We arrange it all in the same booking.
