You do not need to apply for anything yourself or pay the full amount up front. The deduction applies to the labour cost, not materials or transport. Materials and tools
Materials and tools are added unless you provide them yourself. For regular home cleaning two to three times a month, tools are only charged once a month. If you would rather we use your own products, that is fine, and there is then no materials charge.
Two-week satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work. Every clean comes with a two-week satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not happy with something, get in touch and we will put it right at no extra cost.

Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many of our customers leave a key or a door code and come home to a clean home. We handle keys and codes with care.
Do you bring your own supplies and tools?
Yes, we bring our own and use eco-friendly cleaning products. If you would rather we use your own products, that is fine, and there is then no materials charge.
Which areas do you cover?
