Will the cleaning pass the move-out inspection?
We clean according to a checklist built to meet the requirements of landlords and property managers. If anything is still flagged, get in touch within the two weeks of the satisfaction guarantee and we will come back.
Does the home need to be empty when you arrive?
Yes. We do not move furniture or appliances for insurance reasons, and the result is best when the flat is completely empty. The fridge and freezer must be defrosted.
Are you a Sveafastigheter tenant?

How far in advance should I book?
Get in touch as soon as you have a date. The turn of the month fills up quickly, especially in summer.
